Message	i heard that with stock turbos, wastegate actuators tend to get tired over time and lose the ability to hold the boost all the way to redline, but it can also be caused by boost leaks. I have a ebc and now that i have fixed my boost leaks, boost only drops about 2 psi compared to 4 or 5 when i had boost leaks in the system.
